Processing Time & Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Orders typically take up to 3-5 business days to be processed before they are shipped. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.
Due to COVID-19, some carriers are running behind and/or experiencing delays in updating tracking information. Please know that we are working diligently to get your order processed and sent out as fast as possible, but carrier shipping delays are outside our control. When you receive a Shipping Confirmation email, that means your order has been picked up and is in transit! Thank you for your patience during this time.
We try our best to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, delays are possible during the holidays and peak season. Additionally, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our shipping carriers. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Tracking Your Order
We will email a tracking number to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package. If you experience any issues with the link for your tracking number, visit www.usps.com to manually input the number.
